The National Lotteries Commission is seeking a catering service provider for an education and awareness workshop. The event will take place on 19 October 2026 at the Learamele Special School in Mothibistad, Northern Cape. The service provider must supply lunch for 100 delegates, including specific starch, meat, vegetable, and salad options, as well as beverages. The provider is responsible for all cutlery, crockery, and tablecloths, and must ensure all food is pre-packaged. Additionally, the caterer must manage waste removal from the venue. The project is a one-day engagement, with services commencing upon receipt of an official purchase order.
What you need to qualify
- CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- Letter of Good Standing — COID registration and a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
