Description

The KZN Department of Economic Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs (EDTEA) is seeking a service provider to evaluate the Municipal Infrastructure for Informal Enterprises (MIIE) program. The work will take place across selected municipalities in KwaZulu-Natal over an 8-month period. The project involves reviewing literature, consulting with municipal staff and business beneficiaries, conducting site visits, and producing a final evaluation report. Key deliverables include an inception report, a comprehensive evaluation report, and data sets. The project aims to assess the impact and sustainability of infrastructure projects completed between 2020 and 2025.
