The City of Mbombela is inviting bids for the provision of professional decoration services for the upcoming Employees’ Empowerment Event. The work will take place in Mbombela, with the event scheduled to run from 17 to 20 August 2026. The successful service provider will be responsible for the supply, delivery, installation, maintenance, and removal of all décor items, including furniture, linen, floral arrangements, and accessories. Key deliverables include styling the venue according to the approved theme, providing on-site support during the event, and ensuring the venue is cleaned and restored after the event concludes on 21 August 2026. Bidders must have proven experience in managing decoration services for events with at least 200 attendees. A compulsory site briefing will be held on 4 August 2026 at the Mbombela Stadium Shed. All work must be completed in coordination with the City’s Project Manager to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
