Description

BANKSETA is seeking an executive search agency to manage the recruitment process for a new CEO. The work will be conducted for the BANKSETA head office. The selected agency will provide end-to-end recruitment services, including developing a success profile, mapping the market, sourcing candidates, conducting psychometric and competency assessments, and performing due diligence such as security vetting and reference checks. Key deliverables include a recruitment project plan, a talent-pool report, candidate assessment reports, and a final appointment report. The project begins upon contract signing and continues until the CEO is successfully appointed. Bidders must have 7 to 10 years of experience in executive search, specifically with at least three successful CEO or C-suite placements in the public sector or similar governance-intensive environments.

• CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
• Registered company — An active CIPC-registered company in good standing.
• Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
