Description

Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) invites bids for professional engineering services regarding the replacement of sewerage pump systems and control panels at O.R. Tambo International Airport. The project involves a multidisciplinary approach, including assessment, design, procurement support, construction supervision, and project close-out. The successful service provider will manage mechanical, electrical, civil, and instrumentation upgrades, as well as cybersecurity and cloud-based monitoring integration. The contract follows the NEC3 Professional Services Contract (Option A) and spans a duration of 36 months. Key deliverables include a project execution plan, condition assessment reports, design packages, and final handover documentation. Bidders must demonstrate expertise in engineering and project management, with key personnel required to hold relevant professional registrations. • Letter of Good Standing — COID registration and a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund.
• Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
