- CIDB grading (Grade 7 General Building (7GB)) — A Construction Industry Development Board grade in the right class of works.
- Letter of Good Standing — COID registration and a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund.
- UIF registration — Registration with the Unemployment Insurance Fund.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
