Description
The Road Accident Fund (RAF) invites service providers to submit proposals for monthly pest control services at their Durban offices, located at the Embassy Building. The contract covers a 24-month period and includes fumigation and gel application services across six floors, totaling approximately 7,200 square meters. Key deliverables include the use of chemicals compliant with South African National Standards, the provision of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for all substances used, and the issuance of a service certificate after every monthly visit. The project is scheduled to commence in July 2026. Bidders must ensure all pricing is VAT inclusive, as non-VAT registered suppliers charging VAT will be disqualified. The tender will be evaluated using the 80/20 preference point system.

- Registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Valid COIDA Letter of Good Standing for pest control
- Valid Pest Control Certificate from the Department of Agriculture
- Minimum of two previous contracts as proof of experience
