The service provider is required to identify all mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults and provide a detailed report for each unit. Additionally, the provider must submit a separate quotation for any necessary repairs identified during the process. The work must be completed in accordance with fire safety regulations. Bidders are encouraged to attend a site viewing on 21 October 2026. The project requires a quick turnaround, as lead times of 10 days or less are prioritized during the evaluation process.
