Description

The National Consumer Commission (NCC) is seeking a service provider to deliver a five-day Lead Implementer Business Continuity Management (BCM) training programme. The training will take place at the NCC premises for eleven participants and must align with ISO 22301 standards. Key deliverables include training on BCM policy development, Business Impact Analysis, risk assessments, and incident response procedures. The programme concludes with a formal assessment to certify participants as Lead Implementers. The project aims to build internal capacity for maintaining the NCC's Business Continuity Management System. The submission deadline is 08 September 2026 at 13h00.

  • Facilitator must hold NQF7 degree and ISO 22301 Lead Implementer certification.
  • Minimum five years experience in training facilitation with references.
  • Must provide valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
