Artscape is seeking a catering service provider to supply pre-packed lunches and refreshments for 28 participants during Fire Fighting and Emergency Evacuation Training. The work will take place at the Artscape Opera Bar on 12 and 13 October 2026. The service provider must deliver lunch packs by 12:00 on both days. The menu includes specific chicken-based meals, salads, drinks, and sweet treats. All meals must be Halaal-certified. The project is issued by Artscape, a national cultural entity.
What you need to qualify
- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- B-BBEE certificate — A B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit confirming your contribution level.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
