Description

Stellenbosch Municipality is inviting bids for the supply and delivery of replacement ICT hardware equipment. This includes items such as routers, switches, firewalls, wireless equipment, fiber optic cabling, and telephony hardware. The contract will run until 30 June 2028. Successful bidders must deliver the requested hardware within four weeks of receiving an official order. The tender will be awarded to multiple vendors per category. All proposed hardware must include a product catalogue and, where applicable, an OEM letter confirming compatibility. Prices must remain fixed per financial year and include VAT.

  • Valid SARS tax compliance status
  • Municipal account not in arrears for over three months
  • Valid Compensation Commissioner Letter of Good Standing
