Description

CEF (SOC) Ltd is inviting service providers to submit proposals for the provision of risk management workshops and risk mapping services. The project involves facilitating risk workshops for the CEF group and its subsidiaries, including PetroSA, SFF, and AEMFC. The service provider will be responsible for mapping strategic risks, developing risk registers, and drafting comprehensive risk reports to inform the organization's strategic planning. The work will be conducted across various CEF subsidiaries. The contract duration is 36 months. Key deliverables include completed risk workshops, finalized risk registers, and detailed risk assessment reports for all entities. Bidders must ensure their proposals remain valid for 120 days from the submission date. The project aims to enhance Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and ensure strategic risks are integrated into corporate plans.
