Description

Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) invites bids for the preventative and corrective maintenance of the Medium and Low Voltage power reticulation network at Cape Town International Airport. This contract covers a twelve-month period and includes tasks such as inspections, testing, condition monitoring, and emergency repairs on switchgear, transformers, and SCADA systems. The successful contractor must provide a dedicated team, including a Site Supervisor and qualified electricians, to be based on-site during standard business hours. The work must comply with SANS 10142 and aviation safety standards. Key deliverables include regular maintenance reporting, spare parts management, and the issuance of Certificates of Compliance. The project is governed by an NEC 3 Term Service Contract, and the contractor is responsible for obtaining all necessary airside permits for personnel and vehicles.
