The Road Accident Fund (RAF) is seeking a service provider for ad hoc office furniture and equipment relocation services. This work will take place at various RAF offices and storage facilities across South Africa. The contract will last for five years. The service provider must be able to move both assembled and unassembled furniture on an as-needed basis. This includes moving items between offices, to offsite storage, or to lessor facilities. The work is national, and occasionally requires moving items between different provinces.
What you need to qualify
- CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
Full requirements
- Must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Must provide proof of valid tax compliance
- Must not be listed on the National Treasury register for restricted suppliers
