The Construction Education and Training Authority (CETA) is seeking to appoint a panel of service providers to act as Probity Auditors and Advisors. - Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.

- Project Lead must hold CA(SA), CIA, or Registered Government Auditor designation
- Must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Must possess valid Tax Compliance status
- Must provide valid B-BBEE sworn affidavit or SANAS accredited certificate
- Must provide reference letters for public entity audit work under 5 years old
- Must provide audited or reviewed financial statements for the past 2 years
- Must provide a bank confirmation letter not older than 3 months
- Must provide proof of office location via lease or ownership documents
- Must provide signed Joint Venture agreement if applicable
