Description

The Construction Education and Training Authority (CETA) is seeking to appoint a panel of service providers to act as Probity Auditors and Advisors. The successful panel will provide independent assurance, compliance reviews, and advisory services regarding CETA supply chain management and procurement processes. The work will be performed on an as-and-when-required basis for a period of 36 months. Key deliverables include reviewing tender processes for fairness, identifying potential conflicts of interest, advising on risk mitigation during bid evaluations, and ensuring overall compliance with procurement legislation. The work will take place at the CETA Head Office in Midrand. This appointment is based on functionality, and panel members will be invited to provide specific quotations for individual tasks as they arise.

Full requirements

  • Project Lead must hold CA(SA), CIA, or Registered Government Auditor designation
  • Must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD)
  • Must possess valid Tax Compliance status
  • Must provide valid B-BBEE sworn affidavit or SANAS accredited certificate
  • Must provide reference letters for public entity audit work under 5 years old
  • Must provide audited or reviewed financial statements for the past 2 years
  • Must provide a bank confirmation letter not older than 3 months
  • Must provide proof of office location via lease or ownership documents
  • Must provide signed Joint Venture agreement if applicable
