The merSETA is seeking a professional service provider to act as a minute taker for its Accounting Authority and various committees. The successful bidder will record proceedings, compile, edit, and proofread minutes for approximately 60 meetings per year. Work will be conducted at the merSETA Head Office in Johannesburg, with the requirement to travel to other South African provinces when necessary. The service provider must be available for virtual or in-person meetings and must be able to respond to urgent requests within 24 hours. Deliverables include electronic audio recordings, Microsoft Word minutes submitted within three working days, and verbatim transcripts upon request. The contract period runs from the date of signing until 31 March 2028.

- CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
Full requirements
- Registered on the National Treasury Central Suppliers Database (CSD)
- Minimum five years of relevant company experience
- Three verifiable client reference letters for minute-taking services
- Team members must hold NQF Level 6 qualifications and three years experience
