The Automotive Industry Development Centre (AIDC) invites service providers to submit quotations for the provision of accredited assessment and trade testing services for 14 Diesel Mechanic candidates. The project involves conducting pre-assessments, gap closure training, trade test preparations, and final trade testing. This work is part of the Artisan Recognition of Prior Learning (ARPL) program. The project is identified by RFQ number PR00000016380 and project number A0319. All services must be performed by an accredited Assessment or Trade Test Centre recognized by merSETA, QCTO, or the National Artisan Moderation Body (NAMB). Bidders are required to provide firm unit rates per candidate. The closing date for submissions is 7 August 2026 at 11:00 AM. The validity period for all submitted quotations is 90 business days.

- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.

- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
