Description
The Inkomati-Usuthu Catchment Management Agency (IUCMA) is seeking a professional service provider to manage bulk water meter installations upstream of the Kwena Dam on the Crocodile River. The project involves site investigations at approximately 135 abstraction points, creating technical designs, providing procurement support for contractors, and supervising the installation process. Key deliverables include construction drawings, financial controls, quality assurance, and a final Asset Master Plan. The project is divided into design and implementation stages. A compulsory briefing session will be held via Microsoft Teams on 18 June 2026. The tender closes on 30 June 2026 at 11:00 AM.
Full requirements
- Registered on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Project Leader must hold ECSA Pr Eng registration
- Civil Engineering Technologist must hold ECSA Pr Tech Eng registration
- Civil Engineering Technician must hold ECSA Pr Techni Eng registration
- Valid Tax Compliance status (SARS PIN or CSD report)
- Proven experience in bulk water meter installation projects within last seven years
