Postbank SOC Limited is inviting bids for the servicing and refueling of a 450 KVA Volvo generator located at the Freepen Building in Bloemfontein. The contract will run for 24 months. Key deliverables include eight scheduled quarterly service visits, annual load bank testing, and the supply of Ultra-Low Sulfur Diesel. The service provider must also offer 24/7 emergency support and provide detailed service and fuel consumption reports after each visit. The work involves full inspections of the engine, alternator, and control systems, as well as oil and filter changes to ensure the generator remains operational.

- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
