Overberg Water invites service providers to conduct an independent review and analysis of its current tariff model. The work will take place in Somerset West. The project involves five phases: data collection, tariff structure modelling, socio-economic impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, and the delivery of a final report with recommendations for the 2026/27 financial year. The successful bidder must evaluate financial sustainability and the impact of tariffs on various consumer groups. The contract begins upon the issuance of a purchase order or letter of appointment.

- CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
- B-BBEE certificate — A B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit confirming your contribution level.
- Letter of Good Standing — COID registration and a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund.

- Valid COIDA Letter of Good Standing
- Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
- Key personnel: CA/SA, CFA, or Master's in Economics/Finance
- Personnel must hold Advanced Excel or Microsoft Office Specialist certification
- Proven experience in public sector tariff modelling with reference letters
