Description
Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) invites proposals for the supply, implementation, support, and maintenance of an Audit Management System (AMS) for a period of 60 months. The project involves audit planning, risk assessment, execution, and reporting, ensuring alignment with global Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) standards. The work will take place at ACSA facilities. Key deliverables include a detailed project management plan, system architecture design, data migration, user training, and 24/7 technical support. The system must integrate with ACSA’s existing IT infrastructure, including Active Directory and security protocols. Bidders must attend a compulsory briefing session on 12 June 2026. The project requires a phased approach covering development, testing, and production deployment, with a focus on scalability and long-term maintenance.
Full requirements
- Valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or certificate
- Registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- OEM accreditation for the Audit Management System
- Must attend the compulsory briefing session
- Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
- Compliance with ISO/IEC 27001 and ACSA IT security standards
- Successful completion of security vetting
