Description

The Road Accident Fund (RAF) is seeking a service provider to lease Grade B office space for its Gqeberha Client Service Centre. The lease is for a 12-month period starting 01 November 2026. The required space includes 300m² of office area and 30m² of storage, located within the Gqeberha Central Business District. The property must provide 18 secure parking bays, including three for persons with disabilities. The landlord is responsible for building maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, fire systems, and providing backup power and water. The building must be fully air-conditioned and feature accessible ablution facilities on every floor. Bidders must confirm the building is not located in a shopping mall and that exterior branding is permitted. The tender is evaluated using the 80/20 preference point system.
