Description

The CCMA is seeking a service provider for short-term insurance brokerage services for a period of thirty-six months. The work will be based at the CCMA National Office in Johannesburg. The appointed broker will manage insurance placements, claims administration, annual renewals, and insurer engagement. Key deliverables include providing an automated electronic claims management system, conducting annual reviews of insurance requirements, and facilitating insurance training. The broker must also manage all claim-related activities with third-party service providers and provide bi-annual insurance presentations to the CCMA.
