Description
The Department of Water and Sanitation invites bids for the supply and installation of 0,9mm reinforced polypropylene geomembrane at the Namakwa BWS project in the Northern Cape. The project requires the installation of approximately 550 square meters of material at the Doringwater Pumpstation. The contractor must provide all necessary labour, machinery, tools, and testing equipment. Key deliverables include the installation of the geomembrane using approved seaming methods and the submission of full quality assurance documentation, such as weld maps and test records. The work must be completed within one month, with delivery commencing within 6 to 8 weeks of the first order. All materials must meet specific technical standards, including SANS 1526:2015. The project is managed by Construction South, and all work must be performed during standard business hours.

- Active CIDB grading of 2CE or higher
- Valid SARS Tax Clearance and PIN
- Full Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration
- Valid CIPC registration certificate
- Valid B-BBEE status verification certificate
- Valid COIDA Letter of Good Standing
- Proof of compliance with local content requirements
