- Must possess valid COIDA or FEM Letter of Good Standing
- Must hold relevant industry certifications (Asbestos, Pest Control, AAAMSA, ISO 9001)
- Must provide proof of Contract Works, SASRIA, and Public Liability insurance
- Must provide proof of three projects worth at least R3 million each within three years
