The National Research Foundation (NRF) is seeking a professional project manager to oversee the renovation of the Auditorium and VC Wood Hall at the Didacta building in Pretoria. The appointed service provider will manage the entire project lifecycle, including contract administration, cost estimation, and technical oversight. Key deliverables include site assessments, the preparation of bills of quantities, and the submission of monthly status and cost reports. The project manager must ensure all work complies with building regulations, occupational health and safety standards, and accessibility requirements. The work is expected to take place between October and November 2026.
