The Theewaterskloof Municipality invites bids for the supply and delivery of 1000 units of 30kg cold premix asphalt bags to the Riviersonderend Depot. The product must be an all-weather, self-priming asphalt that meets TRH-8 road specifications. It must be non-flammable, non-corrosive, non-toxic, and non-contaminant. The successful bidder must deliver the goods to 4 De Kock Street, Riviersonderend, within two weeks of receiving an official order. Prices must remain valid for at least 60 days and include all delivery costs. The tender will be evaluated using the 80/20 preference point system. The closing date for submissions is 24 July 2026 at 12:00.
