Agrément South Africa (ASA) is seeking to appoint a panel of legal experts to provide professional legal advice and assistance on an as-and-when-required basis. The work will be performed for ASA over a contract period of three years. The scope includes litigation in High and Magistrates Courts, employment law matters, and advisory services covering administrative, competition, company, contract, and environmental law, as well as forensic investigations. Services will be assigned to panel members on a rotation basis. The tender evaluation follows the 80/20 preference point system, applicable for contracts up to R50 million. Successful bidders must sign a Service Level Agreement detailing resource allocation and turnaround times.

- CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
- B-BBEE certificate — A B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit confirming your contribution level.
Full requirements
- Registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Admitted as a Legal Practitioner with High Court appearance rights
- Possess an LLB or B-Proc degree
- Minimum five years of post-admission legal experience
- Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate and Legal Practice Council Good Standing Certificate
- Three contactable references for similar previous work
- Proof of SMME or ownership status for specific goals
