Description
Johannesburg Water is seeking a service provider to perform comprehensive health assessments for 43 staff members, including 8 executives and 35 middle managers. The work will take place at an accredited facility in Johannesburg. The assessment includes clinical pathology, physical examinations, mental health screenings, and consultations with medical professionals. Key deliverables include individual health reports, a confidential group summary, and recommendations for workplace wellness strategies. The service provider must supply a multidisciplinary team of experts, such as doctors, nurses, and psychologists, to conduct these assessments. The project aims to identify health risks and provide mitigation strategies for the management team.
