Description
The Ports Regulator of South Africa is inviting bids for the once-off service and maintenance of fire safety equipment. The work involves servicing eight fire extinguishers and one fire hose reel. Key tasks include inspecting gauges, checking safety pins, refilling extinguishers if necessary, replacing old labels, and ensuring all equipment is fully functional. The service provider must submit a close-out report and a certificate of compliance upon completion. The work will take place at the facilities of the Ports Regulator. The closing date for this tender is 11 June 2026 at 12:00 midday. All quotations must remain valid for 90 days from the closing date.
Full requirements

- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate or Tax Pin
- Valid B-BBEE Certificate or Sworn Affidavit
- Accredited fire extinguisher maintenance or technician certification
