The Amazwi South African Museum of Literature invites bids for the provision of company secretariat services. The successful service provider will support the Council for a period of three years. Key responsibilities include managing Council meetings, maintaining legislative compliance with the PFMA and King IV, providing legal advisory services, and managing committee budgets. The work will be performed in Makhanda. Bidders must demonstrate technical expertise and provide four successful project references. The contract is subject to annual performance reviews.

- B-BBEE certificate — A B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit confirming your contribution level.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).

- Signed Joint Venture agreement if applicable
