The primary task involves canal cleaning using a Skolpad attachment at Mooiriver. The successful bidder must provide all necessary labor, equipment, and maintenance for a total of 400 hours. Delivery of the equipment to the site is required within 7 days of receiving an official order. Work must be performed during specified weekday hours, excluding public holidays and specific end-of-month periods. All-inclusive pricing must be submitted and remain firm for 120 days. The contract requires the bidder to ensure all equipment is in good working order, as damaged or defective goods will be rejected by the Department.
