Description

The Electoral Commission (IEC) is seeking a service provider to supply, deliver, and install office furniture for 213 municipal offices across the Eastern Cape Province. The project involves the delivery of 308 high-back chairs and 128 visitor chairs. All items must be assembled and ready for immediate use upon arrival. The successful bidder must ensure that all furniture meets specific technical standards, including weight capacities of 120 kg and specific ergonomic features for the high-back chairs. Deliveries are to be completed within 60 days of receiving an official purchase order, with operations occurring between Monday and Friday, 08:30 to 16:00. The project is managed by the IEC Supply Chain Management division. Bidders must demonstrate the ability to service all listed locations and provide a detailed supply chain plan for raw materials and manufacturing.
