Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd invites proposals for a Training Viability Assessment Study to evaluate the sustainability of training centres near power stations in Mpumalanga, specifically Arnot, Hendrina, Camden, Komati, and Grootvlei. The project aims to map skills supply and demand, identify gaps, and assess the feasibility of upgrading Eskom facilities to support the Just Energy Transition. The successful consultant must provide a bankable report, high-level cost estimates, and an implementation strategy within a 16-week timeline. The study focuses on communities within a 30 km radius of the specified sites. The tender is evaluated on an 80/20 preference point system, requiring a minimum technical score of 75% to qualify for financial evaluation. The contract will be governed by the NEC3 Professional Service Contract.

• Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
• Letter of Good Standing — COID registration and a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund.

• Registered on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD)
• Valid SARS Tax Compliance status
• Valid COIDA Letter of Good Standing
• Signed OHS policy by CEO
• Audited financial statements for the previous 18 months
• CVs for Lead Analyst, Project Manager, Researcher, and Built Environment Specialist
• Valid Joint Venture agreement if applicable
• Indemnity Insurance Certificate of at least R5 million
