Description
The Electoral Commission invites bids for the supply and delivery of 120,000 cardboard home visit ballot boxes. The boxes must be made of corrugated B-fluted cardboard, feature specific branding, and support a 3kg load. Delivery is required to various Electoral Commission warehouses across all nine South African provinces by 05 October 2026. Bidders must be established operators with direct control over the design and production process. The contract is a once-off requirement, though the Commission may order additional quantities. Payment occurs within 30 days after full delivery and inspection.
