Description

The Road Accident Fund (RAF) is seeking an accredited reseller and support partner to provide a Thinkst Canary Decoy/Honeypot System. The project involves supplying, implementing, and configuring 20 decoy instances with a centralized management platform to detect unauthorized access, insider threats, and malware. The system must integrate with Microsoft Sentinel and Entra-ID. The contract duration is two years, with a requirement for 10 hours of monthly remote support. The work will be based at the RAF Head Office in Centurion. The service provider must also ensure the secure handling of sensitive data in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act. The tender will be evaluated using the 80/20 preference point system.
