Electrical Repair and Programming for Control Panels

Description

Transnet Engineering invites tenders for the electrical repair, programming, and commissioning of 7 control panels for industrial ovens. The work includes removing existing panels, designing and installing new PLC-controlled systems, and providing HMI recipe management. The project is located at the Rotating Machines facility in Umbilo, Durban. Key deliverables include the supply of all necessary software licenses, schematic diagrams, parts lists, and formal training for 5 Transnet staff members. What you need to qualify

• CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
• Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
• B-BBEE certificate — A B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit confirming your contribution level.
• CIDB grading (Grade 3 Electrical Engineering (Building) (3EB)) — A Construction Industry Development Board grade in the right class of works.
• Letter of Good Standing — COID registration and a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund.

Full requirements

• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate and TCS PIN
• Registered on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD)
• Valid CIDB grading of 3EB or higher
• Valid Letter of Good Standing (COIDA)
• Valid B-BBEE Certificate or Sworn Affidavit
• Minimum one year of audited financial statements
• Proof of previous relevant experience via reference letters or completion certificates
• Attendance at compulsory site briefing with signed Certificate of Attendance
