- Professional registration as a Land Surveyor with the SAGC
- Must be registered on the Central Suppliers Database (CSD)
- Valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN
- Proof of CIPC registration not older than one month
- Evidence of building survey project experience within the last five years
- Minimum two years of professional experience post-registration
- Proof of Black Ownership and Amajuba District Municipality residency
