Description

The KwaZulu-Natal Department of Public Works and Infrastructure invites bids for the procurement of a Land Surveyor for the Niemeyer Memorial Hospital project. The successful bidder will conduct a comprehensive topographic survey for the construction of new staff accommodation. Key deliverables include mapping ground levels, contours, natural features, existing man-made structures, utility services, and property boundaries.   • Professional registration as a Land Surveyor with the SAGC
  • Must be registered on the Central Suppliers Database (CSD)
  • Valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN
  • Proof of CIPC registration not older than one month
  • Evidence of building survey project experience within the last five years
  • Minimum two years of professional experience post-registration
  • Proof of Black Ownership and Amajuba District Municipality residency
