The KwaZulu-Natal Department of Public Works and Infrastructure invites bids for the procurement of a Land Surveyor for the Niemeyer Memorial Hospital project. The successful bidder will conduct a comprehensive topographic survey for the construction of new staff accommodation. Key deliverables include mapping ground levels, contours, natural features, existing man-made structures, utility services, and property boundaries. The surveyor must also establish benchmark levels for future engineering designs. The work must comply with the Land Survey Act 8 of 1997. Full requirements
- Professional registration as a Land Surveyor with the SAGC
- Must be registered on the Central Suppliers Database (CSD)
- Valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN
- Proof of CIPC registration not older than one month
- Evidence of building survey project experience within the last five years
- Minimum two years of professional experience post-registration
- Proof of Black Ownership and Amajuba District Municipality residency
