Description

Postbank is seeking a service provider to supply, configure, and deploy an IT Service Management (ITSM) tool and Case Management solution. The project includes a five-year support and maintenance agreement. The work involves migrating data from legacy systems, integrating the new tool with existing banking infrastructure, and implementing automation and AI capabilities. The project will follow a phased approach over a period of 6 to 24 months. Key deliverables include the system deployment, user training, and comprehensive documentation.
