Description

The merSETA is seeking a service provider to develop assessment tools for the Occupational Certificate: Production Supervisor. The project involves creating three assessment instruments, one exemplar instrument, an RPL toolkit, and a Qualification Assessment Specification Addendum. The provider must also manage the submission and approval process with the QCTO. The work will be conducted remotely or at the provider's facilities, with a project duration ranging from six to twenty-four months. The bidder must provide a team including a subject matter expert and three registered assessors.

  • CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
  • Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
  • Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).

Full requirements

  • Registered on the Central Suppliers Database (CSD)
  • Valid SDP accreditation for the relevant qualification
  • Proof of QCTO accreditation
  • Signed SLA or MoU with an industry partner
  • Evidence of at least three similar past projects
  • Valid Tax Compliance status
