The merSETA is inviting bids for the renewal of Managed Engine Service Desk Plus software licenses. This project involves maintaining the existing service desk infrastructure under license ID 30000088505. The work is required to ensure continued technical support and operational functionality for the organization. All services must be provided in accordance with the specified customer ID. The deadline for all submissions is 22 July 2026 at 12:00 PM. Pricing must be firm and include all costs, such as VAT and delivery expenses. The contract will be evaluated based on the 80/20 preference point system.
What you need to qualify
- CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
- Registered company — An active CIPC-registered company in good standing.
- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- B-BBEE certificate — A B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit confirming your contribution level.
- VAT registration — A registered VAT vendor number with SARS.
