Description

The Department of Trade, Industry and Competition (the dtic) invites bids for the supply of five GEMPACK software licenses. The project requires the development of a recursive-dynamic Computable General Equilibrium (CGE) model tailored to South African policy priorities. Key deliverables include conducting policy simulations, identifying priority interventions, and providing comprehensive skills transfer to the dtic team to ensure independent model operation.
