Provision of Security Services at EHC Complex.

Description

The Ekurhuleni Housing Company (EHC) is seeking a service provider to supply security services at the EHC Complex in Airport Park, Germiston. The work involves securing buildings, patrolling boundary walls, and preventing unauthorized access, theft, or vandalism. The service provider must manage security operations, provide monthly reports, and ensure all staff are trained according to PSIRA standards. Personnel must be equipped with uniforms, identification, and safety gear including batons, torches, and two-way radios. The contract duration is three months. A compulsory briefing session is scheduled for 04 August 2026 at the site in Germiston. Bidders must provide their own management and staff to ensure the property is fully safeguarded at all times.

What you need to qualify

• CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
• Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
• B-BBEE certificate — A B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit confirming your contribution level.
• Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).

Full requirements

• Valid PSIRA registration for company, directors, and all personnel
• Minimum of three written reference letters for security services
• Proof of municipal account not in arrears or valid lease agreement
• Valid Tax Pin and CSD registration report
• Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
