The Cape Winelands District Municipality is seeking an accredited service provider to deliver a Basic Baking Skills Training programme for 15 women in the Stellenbosch area. The project requires the provider to supply all necessary tools, equipment, and protective clothing for the learners. The training must cover specific unit standards related to professional cookery, including pastry, dough, and cake decoration. The service provider is responsible for securing the training venue and providing catering. The project requires the management of attendance records and the submission of progress reports to the municipality. All costs must be fixed and inclusive of all service requirements.
What you need to qualify
- CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- Letter of Good Standing — COID registration and a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
Full requirements
- Must hold valid CATHSSETA accreditation
- Must be registered on CWDM and Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Must provide valid Tax Compliance Status Pin
- Must provide valid COIDA Letter of Good Standing
- Must demonstrate relevant project experience and references
