Johannesburg Water is seeking a service provider to supply executive leadership coaching for eight executives over a 12-month period. The work will take place in Johannesburg or via virtual platforms. Key deliverables include conducting leadership assessments, improving management skills, and enhancing emotional intelligence. The provider must supply a diverse panel of at least five coaches who are accredited by the International Coaching Federation or COMENSA. Each coach must have three years of coaching experience and three years of executive management experience. The service provider must also have at least three years of corporate coaching experience.
