The Cape Winelands District Municipality (CWDM) is seeking a service provider to offer support, compliance advice, and regulatory submission services for their SAGE Premier HR and Payroll system. The contract will run for a period of 12 months. Key deliverables include customizing reports, managing Employment Self Service (ESS) and leave module support, and assisting with Employment Equity (EE) reporting and legislative compliance. The service provider must supply at least two consultants to perform these duties. The work will be based in the Cape Winelands region. The municipality will evaluate bidders based on their expertise in the public sector and their ability to provide technical support both during and after business hours.
What you need to qualify
- CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- Letter of Good Standing — COID registration and a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
