The KZN Department of Public Works is seeking a security service provider to protect an unutilized state-owned property located at ERF 480, 21 Princess Street, Richmond. The successful bidder will be responsible for securing the building for a contract period of nine months. This project is managed by the Southern Regional Office. The tender closing date is 18 June 2026.

- CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
- Letter of Good Standing — COID registration and a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
