- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).

- SACPCMP-registered Construction Manager and Health and Safety Officer
- Proof of previous similar project experience
- Provision of 10% Performance Guarantee from a financial institution
