The Agricultural Research Council (ARC) is seeking a qualified service provider to compile, design, and edit their Annual Report over a three-year period. The work involves project planning, content development, professional layout, and digital production for approximately 300 pages per year. The project will take place in Pretoria. Bidders must demonstrate at least five years of experience in report compilation and design. The contract covers the 2026/27, 2027/28, and 2028/29 financial years. The successful bidder will work closely with the ARC project team to ensure high-quality, accurate, and professional reporting. All submissions must be valid for 120 days.

- CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- B-BBEE certificate — A B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit confirming your contribution level.
