Key duties include lawn mowing, weeding, clearing stormwater drains, pruning trees, and maintaining 38 indoor pot plants. The service provider must supply all necessary tools, including mowers and high-pressure cleaners. The work requires two full-time staff members and a roving supervisor on-site from Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 15:30. Staff must wear appropriate safety gear and uniforms. The project aims to ensure the upkeep of the SABC Durban office premises located at 100 KE Masinga Road.

- NQF 6 or higher qualification in Horticulture or Landscaping
- Office location within 150km of SABC KZN office

- Valid TV License for company and directors
- Public Liability Insurance certificate
- Three relevant reference letters
- Qualified site supervisor with relevant CV
